Foxtale Raises $30 Million in Series C Funding, Partners with KOSÉ Corporation to Boost Skincare Innovation in India
Foxtale, a leading skincare brand, announced on Wednesday that it has raised $30 million (approximately ₹250 crore) in a Series C funding round. The round was led by Japanese cosmetics giant KOSÉ Corporation, with additional backing from Panthera Growth Partners, Z47 and Kae Capital. The brand has also entered into a strategic partnership with KOSÉ Corporation, aiming to strengthen the global beauty leader's presence in India.
Launched in 2021 by Romita Mazumdar, Foxtale is known for leveraging modern science and technology to develop innovative skincare solutions. With KOSÉ Corporation’s support, the company plans to enhance its research and development (R&D) capabilities, focusing on high-quality, effective formulations to elevate the self-care experience for its customers.
“This investment from KOSÉ Corporation will help us scale faster, push the boundaries of innovation, and make effective and affordable skincare more accessible across India. Beyond growth, this partnership represents a blend of global expertise and local insights,” said Mazumdar.
The fresh funding will be utilized to deepen Foxtale’s presence in existing markets and enhance its R&D efforts for cutting-edge skincare solutions. Despite its ambitions, the company remains focused on expanding within India and has no immediate plans for global expansion.
